Working with a technologically savvy communications team, your focus is to help grow and use the BBB Brand, enhance accreditation benefits and prepare and produce marketing/sales collateral. Some of your key responsibilities will involve developing strategic partnerships with media platforms to allow us to achieve cooperative media buys, working with our Accredited Businesses to utilize the BBB advertising opportunities and updating and modernizing our Accredited Businesses Only website.

Through your use of your exceptional customer service skills, you can help us retain our accredited members. As part of an amazing team, you will be working to build relationships through ongoing communications with our businesses helping them to maximize the benefits of their accreditation while working with them to ensure maintenance of our high standards.
The successful candidate will have:
• Strong written and verbal English language skills
• Professional, friendly and helpful telephone manner
• Accurate data entry skills.
• Sales or marketing training or experience
• Conflict resolution training or related experience
Additional language skills and call centre experience an asset.
