A: No, it is not an endorsement; it’s a listing of all businesses that are accredited by the BBB. The companies have agreed to follow our Code of Ethics and meet our Standards. We don’t endorse or Recommend any company. No one is saying, “Here’s the plumber you should be dealing with.” That is still up to the individual for their own best judgment.

Q: How do I get my business into the Consumer Guide?
A: Only companies that are BBB Accredited can be listed in the Consumer Guide. If you would like your company to be accredited, or you would like to recommend a company, please contact us about accreditation.
Q: What is the deadline for entry in the Consumer Guide?
A: The BBB Consumer Guide for the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley is an annual publication which is typically distributed in February. The absolute final deadline for BBB Accredited Businesses to be included in the 2009 guide is November 2008.
