The Better Business Bureau serving Mainland British Columbia has elected Tom Siba, from BIV Media Group as the new Chairperson for its Board of Directors. Mr. Siba is President of BIV which produces the annual BBB Consumer Guide.
The Better Business Bureau also announced several new Directors who include, James Carter, Carter Chevrolet Ltd. (Northshore), Gary Hutton, Pacific Newspaper Group, Lindsay Matthews, ICBC, and Barry Sharp, AMA Management Ltd.
For long-term commitment to the Better Business Bureau and continued support of its mission to be the leader in advancing marketplace trust, the BBB appointed John Friswell, CCI Renovations and John Vickerstaff, Network Bonding & Insurance Services Inc. as BBB Governors.
The election was voted on by existing BBB Accredited Businesses and made effective at the BBB Annual General Meeting on May 10, 2010.
